L'objectif à long terme du mod GTA SA: Liberty City est de recréer GTA 3 sur le moteur GTA San Andreas aussi fidèlement et précisément que possible. Nous visons à créer une conversion qui donne au joueur l'atmosphère dégoulinante et les défis dont nous sommes tous tombés amoureux en 2001, avec tous les avantages du moteur GTA San Andreas comme cerise sur le gâteau.

The long term goal of the GTA SA: Liberty City mod is to recreate GTA 3 on the GTA San Andreas engine as closely and accurately as possible. We aim to create a conversion that gives the player the dripping atmosphere and challenges we all fell in love with in 2001, with all of the advantages of the GTA San Andreas engine as the icing.
