Ce mod offre aux joueurs un quartier de Chicago et le gang Maniac Latin Disciples, un gang principalement latin mais ethniquement diversifié qui contrôle le quartier. Le pack de mods comprend 6 skins de membres du gang et une carte du quartier lui-même, remplaçant East Los Santos près du club de strip-tease Pig Pen et de l'appartement de Big Smoke. Fonctionne bien en mode solo et multijoueur. Textures et modèles compatibles avec l'univers du jeu.
