L’UH-80 Ghost Hawk est un hélicoptère utilitaire de transport moyen BLUFOR doté d’une conception furtive. Le Ghost Hawk a été développé pour les opérations spéciales en mettant l’accent sur le déploiement et l’extraction de troupes non détectées par les radars ennemis. Certains pilotes disent que la conception furtive a nui à la polyvalence de l’hélicoptère par rapport à son prédécesseur, l’UH-60. Néanmoins, le Ghost Hawk est maintenant utilisé comme principal hélicoptère de transport dans l’armée BLUFOR.

The UH-80 Ghost Hawk is a BLUFOR medium-lift utility helicopter with stealth design. The Ghost Hawk was developed for special operations with a focus on deployment and extraction of troops undetected by enemy radar. Some pilots say the stealth design hindered the versatility of the helicopter compared to its predecessor, the UH-60. Nevertheless, the Ghost Hawk is now used as a primary transport helicopter in the BLUFOR army.
