Vice City : Next Gen Edition Essentials est un package de modification pour GTA Vice City : Next Gen Edition, conçu pour améliorer le mod original de l'équipe Revolution. Ce mod inclut des sons et textures mis à jour, offrant une expérience plus affinée, mais ce n'est pas un mod "Next Gen" complet. C'est un ajout essentiel qui améliore les fonctionnalités du mod "Next Gen" original.
Principaux changements :
- Tenue Beta de Tommy Vercetti : Le mod ramène le design beta tardif de la chemise de Tommy, utilisant maintenant une version agrandie de la texture originale de la chemise beta. Ceci a été fait à cause d'un problème avec la texture de la chemise de l'équipe Revolution où je n'ai pas réussi à corriger la saturation, donc depuis la mise à jour 3.0 elle n'est plus utilisée.
- Sons mis à jour : Remplacement de divers sons en jeu, y compris les sons d'armes, portes de véhicules, explosions, et plus, pour améliorer l'atmosphère.
Instructions d'installation : Apparence Beta de Tommy :
- Modèle en jeu :
Placez tous les fichiers dans le répertoire suivant :

Installation des sons :
- Glissez-déposez les fichiers des dossiers respectifs nommés Resident et STREAMEDVEHICLES dans Resident.rpf et Streamed_Vehicles.rpf en utilisant OpenIV.
- Si vous utilisez SparkIV, n'oubliez pas d'ajouter l'extension .ivaud aux fichiers dans les dossiers Resident et StreamedVehicles .
Recommandation supplémentaire : Pour une expérience plus authentique, il est fortement recommandé d'utiliser le mod de police A.R. Scorpion, disponible ici :

Main Changes:
- Tommy Vercetti's Beta Outfit: The mod brings back Tommy's late beta design for his shirt, now using an upscaled version of the original beta shirt texture, This was done due to an issue with Revolution Team's shirt texture where i was unsucessful in getting the saturation correct so therefore as of update 3.0 it's no longer being used.
- Updated Sounds: Replaced various in-game sounds, including weapon sounds, vehicle door sounds, explosions, and more, to enhance the atmosphere.

Place all files into the following directory:

Sound Installation:
- Drag and drop the files from the respective folders labeled Resident and STREAMEDVEHICLES into Resident.rpf and Streamed_Vehicles.rpf using OpenIV.
- If using SparkIV, remember to add the .ivaud extension to the files in both the Resident and StreamedVehicles folders.
Additional Recommendation: For a more authentic experience, it's highly recommended to use A.R. Scorpion's Font Mod, which can be found here:
