Installation:
- Ouvrez ES File Explorer, sélectionnez Stockage interne, puis Android, puis obb. Trouvez le dossier avec l'icône Grand Theft Auto : Vice City et entrez-y. Renommez les fichiers à l'intérieur et ajoutez ".obb" à la fin. Ouvrez ensuite l'archive compressée et extrayez les fichiers nommés "gta3hi" (10 fichiers portant ce nom au total) du dossier texdb dans le fichier .obb. Décompressez-les dans android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files. Si vous quittez après la compression, supprimez le ".zip" pour remettre l'archive dans son état d'origine. Si vous ne le faites pas, vous ne pourrez pas entrer dans le jeu. Ensuite, traitez les fichiers de cette archive et txd.zip (cartes de texture pour les bâtiments).
- Ouvrez TXD TOOL, cliquez sur la première icône dans le coin inférieur droit dans gta3hi.txt, sélectionnez Non compressé 32bpp, puis cliquez sur Sélectionner toutes les images, et cliquez sur la coche. Ensuite, cliquez sur Superposer les cartes de texture (il suffit de superposer les textures).

- Open ES File Explorer, select Internal Storage, then Android, then obb. Find the folder with the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City icon and enter it. Rename the files inside and add ".obb" at the end. Then open the compressed archive and extract the files named "gta3hi" (10 files with this name in total) from the texdb folder in the .obb file. Unzip them to android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files. If you exit after compressing, delete the ".zip" to return the archive to its original state. If you don't, you won't be able to enter the game. Next, process the files in this archive and txd.zip (texture maps for buildings).
- Open TXD TOOL, click on the first icon in the bottom right corner in gta3hi.txt, select Uncompressed 32bpp, then click on Select All Images, and click on the check mark. Next, click on Overlay Texture Maps (just overlay the textures).
