Dans GTA SA, les portes d'hôpital sont effrayantes, surtout la nuit, car il fait trop sombre et il n'y a pas de lumière.
Ce n'est pas comme dans la vraie vie. Cette modification améliore les textures des portes et fenêtres de l'hôpital de San Fierro et de Los Santos et vous offre une texture avec des lumières comme dans la vraie vie, sans gâcher l'atmosphère du jeu.
