    L'histoire de la Police Populaire du Vietnam remonte aux périodes de la Guerre anti-française et de la Guerre anti-américaine. À cette époque, la force de police s'est progressivement établie et développée principalement pour répondre aux besoins de sécurité pendant la guerre. Après la guerre, avec l'avancement de la construction nationale du Vietnam, la force de police a continué de croître et de s'étendre, et a progressivement formé un système relativement complet.

    Le modèle pèse plus de 500 kb au total. Le modèle de remplacement est lvpd1.dff (police de Las Vegas). Vous devez préparer ES File Explorer, TXD TOOL et IMG TOOL.


    Installation :

    1. Ouvrez ES File Explorer, cliquez sur Stockage interne, puis sur Android, puis sur obb. Lorsque vous voyez le dossier avec l'icône Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas, cliquez pour y entrer. Renommez le fichier à l'intérieur en ajoutant un « .obb » à la fin. Cliquez ensuite sur le package compressé et extrayez le gta3.img dans le dossier texdb et le dossier nommé gta3 (l'un est un fichier img et l'autre est un dossier). Dézippez ensuite les fichiers dff.zip et txd.zip dans ce package compressé de mod (il y a des fichiers dff et txd à l'intérieur).
    2. Cliquez sur IMG TOOL, ouvrez le fichier gta3.img dans le dossier texdb, recherchez lvpd1, puis supprimez-le. Trouvez ensuite la Police Populaire du Vietnam décompressée (lvpd1.dff) et placez-la.
    3. Ouvrez ensuite TXD TOOL, cliquez sur la deuxième icône txd dans le coin inférieur droit du fichier gta3.txt, sélectionnez (Ouvrir), cliquez sur Remplacer et Créer une association, et enfin effectuez un remplacement rapide, et ce sera terminé.

    Vietnamese Police Skin

    Installation:

    1. Open the ES File Explorer, click on Internal Storage, then click on Android, and then click on obb. When you see the folder with the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas icon, click to enter it. Rename the file inside by adding a ".obb" at the end. Then click on the compressed package, and extract the gta3.img in the texdb folder and the folder named gta3 (one is an img file, and the other is a folder). Then unzip the dff.zip and txd.zip files in this mod compressed package (there are dff and txd files inside).
    2. Click on IMG TOOL, open the gta3.img file in the texdb folder, search for lvpd1, and then delete it. Then find the unzipped People's Police of Vietnam (lvpd1.dff) and put it in.
    3. Then open TXD TOOL, click on the second txd icon at the lower right corner in the gta3.txt file, select (Open), click on Overwrite and Create Association, and finally do a quick overwrite, and it will be done.
