J'ai trouvé tous ces mods qui prétendent changer la santé maximale uniquement pour la définir une fois et ne pas modifier la santé ou l'armure maximale réelle pendant le jeu, alors j'ai décidé de le faire !
Avec ce mod, vous pouvez modifier votre santé et votre armure maximales et cela s'adaptera au gameplay, même les codes de triche définiront votre santé et votre armure à la limite maximale que vous avez définie !
Comment installer : installez CLEO et placez le dossier « CLEO » dans votre dossier GTA
REMARQUE : Pour modifier la santé/armure maximale, vous devez accéder au dossier « CLEO » et ouvrir un fichier appelé « Health-Armor Limit.ini » où vous pouvez modifier ce que vous voulez.

So I found all these mods that claim to change max health only to set it once and not edit the actual max health or armor during gameplay, so I decided to do it!
With this mod you can edit your max health and armor and it will adapt to the gameplay, even cheats will set your health and armor to the max limit you set!
How to install: install CLEO and put the "CLEO" folder in your GTA folder
NOTE: To change the maximum health/armor, you need to go to the "CLEO" folder and open a file called "Health-Armor Limit.ini" where you can edit whatever you want.
